Kisumu County Government has obtained a grant from the European Union, through the Ministry of Devolution and ASAL, under the EU-IDEAS programme, for the construction of the Kisumu Dairy Development Centre. Kisumu County Government invites interested and eligible firms to bid for the above-mentioned tenders. The tenders are open to both local and International firms.
The supplies and services must adhere to the Rules of Origin as laid down in Annex IV of the Cotonou Agreement as revised by DECISION No 1/2014 of the ACP-EU COUNCIL OF MINISTERS of 20 June 2014 [2014/428/EU], Interested firms are advised to convene at the Conference Hall, first floor County Headquarters for a compulsory pre-site visit on 17th December 2018 at exactly 9.00AM.
Interested firms may download the tender documents and Annex IV of the Cotonou Agreement from the County Government website www.kisumu.go.ke/tenders and may inspect the tender documents from the procurement office of the Department during normal working hours from 6th December 2018.
The duly completed bids should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with Tender Number and Tender Name and deposited in the tender box situated at Kisumu County Government Headquarters, 2nd floor at Prosperity House during office hours [weekdays 8.00am to 5.00pm] and be addressed to:

All bids should be received on or before Tuesday 8th January 201912.00 Noon East African Time. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Hall, Kisumu County Government Headquarters [Prosperity House].
Successful bidders will be selected in accordance with evaluation criteria and terms and conditions set out in the bidding documents.
