Description

We are a digital marketing agency based in Ridgeways, off Kiambu Road, Nairobi. We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to join our team and actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be expected to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Responsibilities  Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.  Make sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.  Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.  Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.  Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.  Negotiate contracts with potential clients.  Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.  Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.  Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.  Coordinate sales efforts with team members.  Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and provide status reports.  Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales reports.  Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.  Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.  Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.  Draft and review client contracts.  Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.  Maintain client records.  Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Requirements  At least two years proven work experience as a sales representative.  Excellent knowledge of MS Office.  Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.  Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.  Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.  Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.  A commitment to excellent customer service.  Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.  Experience in selling service packages is an added advantage.  Diploma or above in sales and marketing or other relevant business-related field.
